Pennie was born and raised in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Her work career took her all around the United States, but she always knew Colorado was home. She moved back to the front range in 1990.
Always trying to push herself to experience new things, Pennie loves a good challenge. In her free time, she enjoys everything outdoors or that takes her to the mountains. Hiking, camping, four-wheeling, you name it – anything that involves the beauty of the outdoors.
She knows, buying and selling a home can be stressful time. Her goal is to always minimize any stress that may arise by working with you and guiding you through every step of the way. Her nature is to treat others with dignity and respect, while upholding honesty and integrity.
With a background in marketing and sales, Pennie is very organized, deadline-driven, and able to handle a lot at once while still getting things done on time. Her marketing background gives her an edge in helping promote properties in an effective way.
She makes it a point to be aware of and educated on the latest industry standards that her clients will benefit from. Her work ethic, dedication, and passion for helping people achieve their dreams, coupled with a fierce determination, makes her a perfect fit.
